What we collect, and why
This website does not use cookies or analytics and does not collect personal data itself. When you message us on WhatsApp, or order through Shopee or Lazada, the details you give us (such as your name, delivery address and phone number) are used only to reply to you, deliver your order and handle any exchange or complaint.
How long we keep it
We keep order details only as long as needed for delivery, exchanges, warranty and our legal and tax records, then delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the courier delivering your order and, where you order through a marketplace, with that marketplace. WhatsApp, Shopee and Lazada have their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted on a server in Singapore.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by messaging us on WhatsApp.
